In 1993, Bosnian Serbs massacred 62 children in Srebrenica and wounded 152. One of the survivors, Sead Bekric, lost his sight and face. This child massacre was perpetrated by the Serbs who were attacking Srebrenica from militarized Serb-held villages around “UN-protected” enclave. Serbs never demilitarized around Srebrenica, even they were required to do so.
